Sally
Sally is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. She trains hard in the gym so she can live outside. Her family is her life and she has a big one. She is passionate about helping people in every aspect of their fitness journey, including strength, mobility, endurance, and most importantly confidence through mindset.
Rosanne
Fitness has always been part of Rosanne’s life, and for the past six years she has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She loves supporting all fitness journeys—whether members are new, returning, or seasoned. A proud mom of three, she loves traveling with her husband and cheering her kids on as they chase their goals.
JaNell
With over 20 years of coaching experience, JaNell helps members train hard, move strong, and build confidence. She is certified in indoor cycling and TRX suspension training and coaches functional strength and conditioning with barbell work. Backed by a Macro Coaching Certification focused on behavior, habit, and mindset change, she helps members build sustainable progress through a supportive approach.
Lynda
Health and fitness are Lynda’s passion, and she truly believes movement is medicine. She loves coaching people through their journeys, watching members grow, and getting to know each person on a personal level. She is driven by learning and continually eager to expand her coaching tactics so she can better support, challenge, and empower every member she works with.
Samantha
Fitness has always been part of Samantha’s life. Learning alongside her dad from a young age built a foundation that later became a powerful tool for her mental health. She is now a NASM-certified group fitness coach with a passion for encouraging others with purpose. She loves Jesus, her family, and exploring the outdoors—where she feels most alive.
Cody
Cody Lockwood is a dedicated trainer and fitness enthusiast. His passion lies in helping individuals discover and achieve their full potential within a secure and encouraging setting. At TRUHiT, he develops functional fitness routines that meet clients’ specific needs by integrating a balanced combination of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training.
Childcare Specialist
Kalee
Kalee provides the childcare here at TRUHiT Fitness while parents work out. She has been in childcare for over 20 years and enjoys giving each child the space they need to enjoy themselves. She grew up in the Treasure Valley and has worked here for 5 years!
