High-Intensity Interval Training is a proven way to torch calories, boost endurance, and rev up your metabolism long after the session ends. Our HIIT sessions pack maximum intensity into every interval—alternating all-out effort bursts with brief recovery to keep your heart rate elevated and results coming fast.
Our trainers stay with you throughout—coaching proper form, offering modifications for safety, and fueling motivation so you crush every rep.

Strength and Endurance: Build Power with Dynamic Flow
Our Strength and Endurance sessions combine elements of HIIT and weightlifting on the other two training days each week, using lighter weights with more dynamic movement.
These workouts improve muscular endurance, overall conditioning, mobility, heart health, and calorie burn.
Certified trainers lead every session—coaching technique, providing modifications for your level, and keeping motivation high so you stay consistent and make steady progress.
These hybrid days complete your weekly program at TRUHiT: explosive power from HIIT, lasting strength from weightlifting, and the endurance + flow to feel stronger in everyday life.
A Complete, Trainer-Led Fitness Experience
Every TRUHiT class runs a full 60 minutes: trainer-led exercise demo, warm-up, workout, and time to stretch. We keep you moving safely and effectively at any level, with trainers guiding form, scaling exercises, and providing motivation and adjustments for real, measurable results. Variety in programming keeps every session engaging and challenging.
